Vibe Apparels provides apparel, embroidery, customised embroidery, printing, and related garment-decoration products and services.
Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes. Minor variations in colour, texture, placement, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, screens, materials, manufacturing processes, and individual product characteristics.
For customised products, the final product may vary slightly from digital previews or reference images due to the nature of embroidery, printing, fabric, thread, and production processes.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and accepted by Vibe Apparels.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Delivery address
Product selection
Size and quantity
Customisation details
Artwork, logos, text, or other specifications where applicable
Vibe Apparels is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
For custom orders, production may begin after the artwork, design, specifications, or other required details have been approved by the customer.
4. Custom and Business Orders
Custom orders and business/B2B orders are made or processed according to customer-specific requirements.
Once production has commenced, such orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned, or exchanged because they may have been specifically produced, embroidered, printed, or otherwise customised for the customer.
This does not affect your rights in the event that an order is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.
5. Quality Control
Vibe Apparels performs quality checks before dispatching products.
Despite quality-control procedures, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, damage attributable to transit, or an error attributable to Vibe Apparels, the customer should contact us promptly after delivery.
After verification, Vibe Apparels may replace the affected product with a new product of the same or equivalent specification.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
Vibe Apparels reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or technical errors. If an order is affected by a significant pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund of any amount already paid.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by Vibe Apparels are estimates and may vary due to production requirements, courier delays, weather, public holidays, logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation requests for standard products may be considered only if the order has not already been processed, dispatched, or otherwise committed to production.
Custom and business orders may not be cancellable once production or processing has commenced.
Any cancellation approved by Vibe Apparels will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, product images, branding, and other material belonging to Vibe Apparels is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Vibe Apparels do not infringe the rights of any third party.
By submitting such materials, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.
